We understand the need to work out in a space, where you can get the proper form and get many different weights to challenge your muscles. That’s why we offer large full line free weight areas at our many locations, extensive free weight collections, and even individual core strength areas.
We understand that strength training is an important part of working out and staying healthy. Strength training helps you not only build muscle and strengthen your core but also plays an important role in weight loss, weight maintenance, and bone density. That’s why we’ve chosen to dedicate large areas in our clubs to strength training, giving all of our members the space they need to work out.
