We go above and beyond what our members expect of us, which is why this recovery zone is a real treat. Rather than letting you go home and treat yourself after a great workout, we offer amenities that you can enjoy as part of your membership. 

In our recovery zone, you’ll find HydroMassage, a specialized massage that helps you with sore muscles and joints. It massages you by using pulsating water, a unique feature that gives pressure but not pain. It’s perfect for recovery, but also just for a special treat if you want to spoil yourself. 

Another feature of the recovery zone is our saunas and tanning services. Muscles are sore and tired after a workout, so going to the saunas to relax is the perfect solution; and for that bronze look anytime of year, our Edmond gym also offers tanning.

Stow your belongings in our clean locker rooms, complete with private showers and private day use lockers. Get relaxed, refreshed, and then on with your day.

Hydromassage

A specialized massage that uses water pressure to apply massage techniques to the body. This is done to alleviate muscle and soft tissue injuries caused by low back pain, arthritis, and acute or chronic pain. It can also be used to alleviate pain you may have sustained from working out, including tense muscles or sports injuries.
