OKLAHOMA

We offer 2 different membership options at 10GYM. We have a Basic membership and a Preferred membership. Both are offered on a month-to-month basis or a 12-month minimum commitment at a discounted rate.

The Basic membership gives you access to all of our equipment, including the locker rooms with dry saunas, at your choice of one of our locations.

The Preferred membership will give you the same access as the Basic plus hydromassage, tanning, group fitness classes, access to all of our locations, and the ability to bring a guest for free everyday.

FORT SMITH

We offer 3 different membership options at 10GYM. We have a Basic membership, a Preferred, and a Preferred PLUS membership. All are offered on a month-to-month basis or a 12-month minimum commitment at a discounted rate.

The Basic membership gives you access to all of our equipment, including the locker rooms with dry saunas. The Preferred membership will give you the same access as the Basic plus hydromassage, tanning, group fitness classes, access to all of our locations, and the ability to bring a guest for free everyday for the first 6 months of the membership.

The Preferred PLUS membership will give you the same access as the Basic plus hydromassage, tanning, group fitness classes, access to all of our locations, and the ability to bring a guest for free everyday.

Yes. With our Preferred or Preferred PLUS membership you may bring a guest everyday for free. The guest must be 18 years of age or older, or if you are their parent/legal guardian, the guest must be 12 years of age or older. Your guest will get free access to the same amenities that our Basic members have access to.  Guest must present photo ID to gain entrance.

The minimum age for 10GYM membership is 12 years old. A parent can sign up any child 12 years of age or older at any 10GYM on any of our membership options. If you are 15-17 years old, you may purchase a month-to-month membership without a parent signature.

Yes, we do offer guest passes. You must have a state ID and proof of local address.  Our day pass is $15, a 1-week pass is $25, and our 1-month pass is $45.

If you have never been to 10GYM before and would like to try the gym out for free for 1 day, we will waive the day pass.

All of our 10GYM locations are open 24/7!

Yes!  We provide a supervised Kids Fun Zone (KFZ) where kids can play while their parents work out. You can add unlimited use of the KFZ to your membership:

$17 / month for 1 child

$25 / month for 2 or more children

Also, you can use the On-the-Go plan for $6 / child per visit.

To request cancellation, you will need to send an email to [email protected].

You should receive an immediate email acknowledging that your email was received and will be processed.

Once processed, the Customer Care Department will email back a specific response to let you know what your last payment(s) will be, if applicable, and when the cancellation will be complete.

If you don’t see the immediate response email or the follow-up email, please check your junk or spam folders.

Yes. However, Lighthouse Fitness, a third-party company that offers personal training at 10GYM,  will give you a “FitStart” session for free to get started.

Yes. Always wear proper attire on the workout floor. Shirts, tennis shoes, sweats, leggings, or shorts are required at all times.

No jeans, no sandals, no cutoffs and no short shorts. Clothing with a printed message, slogan, political messages, picture or art depicting drugs, alcohol, suggestive images, violence, obscenity, or is disrespectful is prohibited.
