Who says you need an hour at our gyms in Oklahoma and Arkansas to make progress? Between classes, work, social plans & everything else on your calendar, finding time for a full workout isn’t always realistic.
But what if just 5–10 minutes could make a difference?
Meet micro-workouts. Short bursts of movement that fit into your day, even when your schedule is packed.
This November, we’re ditching unrealistic fitness challenges and going for something you can actually stick with.
No complicated rules. No pressure to be perfect. Just small moves that add up.
Micro-Workouts Are Having a Moment
Micro-workouts are quick sessions of physical activity, usually lasting 5–10 minutes. Think a quick set of dumbbell curls, 10 minutes on the treadmill or a short strength circuit between your regular gym sessions.
And yes, they absolutely count.
Research shows that short bouts of physical activity contribute to your overall health. Done consistently, they can support cardiovascular fitness, strength & energy levels.
The best part? You don’t need to go all-out every time to benefit.
Your 5-Day Movement Challenge
Forget those viral fitness challenges that expect you to do 100 burpees before breakfast. We’re keeping things realistic.
Here’s your weekly lineup:
Monday: 5-Minute Strength Fix
Squats, lunges & push-ups. No equipment needed.
Tuesday: Walk It Out
Hit the treadmill or indoor walking track for a brisk 10-minute walk.
Wednesday: Core Check
Planks, dead bugs & bicycle crunches for 5 minutes.
Thursday: Quick Cardio Hit
Jumping jacks, high knees or stairs for 5–10 minutes.
Friday: Full-Body Reset
Mix your favorite moves into one quick circuit.
Repeat each week, switch things up or add your regular gym workouts. It’s your challenge, your rules.
Keep the Challenge, Lose the Pressure
Fitness challenges can be fun, especially when you bring a friend to workout with you.
But when you’re chasing streaks, tracking every rep or comparing progress online, motivation can turn into pressure.
Missed a day? Life happens.
You don’t need to restart the entire challenge because you skipped Wednesday. Just pick up where you left off.
Real consistency is about showing up regularly, not showing up perfectly.
Small Moves. Real Momentum.
November doesn’t need to be about doing more. It’s about making movement part of your day, even when life gets busy.
Five minutes at home? Counts. A quick gym session? Counts. A longer workout when you’ve got the time? That counts, too.
