Once the backpacks are zipped and the drop-offs are done, there’s finally space, maybe even silence. This isn’t just a window for catching up on laundry or emails. It’s your cue to reboot your own routine too.

Self Care Isn’t Selfish — It’s Survival

We’re not talking bubble baths and face masks (unless that’s your jam). Self-care means building in small, intentional habits that restore your energy, because let’s be real, parenting on an empty tank is not the move.

Start with the basics: exercise, sleep, hydration, and real food. Not half a granola bar on the school run or lukewarm coffee sipped between Zoom calls. We’re talking about actual meals and water that isn’t “sparkling with caffeine”.

And self-care doesn’t stop there. Your body craves movement, and your mind thrives on moments of calm.
